Unfortunately, this decision had to be taken
due to supply constraints.
ROVAMYCINE
(spiramycin), a medication indicated for
the treatment
of infections of the respiratory tract,
buccal cavity, skin and soft tissue due
to susceptible organisms, was available
in bottles of 50 capsules,
in 250-mg or 500-mg format.

customers are currently taking ROVAMYCINE,
please notify their physicians so that other
appropriate treatment options can

that Aventis Pharma Inc. currently
intends to sell its rights to and interests

no CFC propellant Metered Dose Inhalers
(MDIs) can be produced or imported beyond
2004. Boehringer Ingelheim is currently
working on CFC free alternatives for Atrovent®,
Combivent®
and
Berotec®
MDIs.

that they will not be affected by the CFC
phaseout date until at least January
